- Review procurement plans, schedules, and sourcing activities submitted by Lead Developers to ensure alignment with program milestones
- Monitor procurement progress, key milestones, and critical deliverables, identifying potential delays and recommending corrective actions
- Monitor procurement status of long lead materials, equipment, utility components, and specialist systems
- Track manufacturing, logistics, delivery schedules, and supply chain performance to identify risks
- Support development and implementation of procurement mitigation and recovery plans
- Maintain procurement registers, tracking logs, databases, and performance records
- Prepare procurement dashboards, executive reports, KPI summaries, and performance analyses
- Review procurement documentation for compliance with procedures, governance, contractual obligations, and audit requirements
- Coordinate procurement activities with Planning & Scheduling, Technical, Commercial, and Project Controls teams
- Assist in identifying procurement related risks and monitoring mitigation measures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, infrastructure delivery, construction, urban development, or major capital projects
- Experience within PMCM, PMC, consultancy, developer, contractor, or client side organizations
- Preferably experience on major land development and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC

Job Purpose
- HanmiGlobal is seeking a highly qualified Procurement Engineer to join our program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia.
- You will facilitate tracking, coordination, and reporting of procurement operations for a mega multi work package land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh.
Reports To
- Procurement Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Review procurement plans, procurement schedules, and sourcing activities submitted by Lead Developers to ensure alignment with approved program milestones and construction requirements
- Monitor procurement progress, key procurement milestones, and critical deliverables while identifying potential delays and recommending corrective actions
- Monitor the procurement status of long lead materials, equipment, utility components, and specialist systems
- Track manufacturing, logistics, delivery schedules, and supply chain performance to identify risks that may affect project delivery
- Support the development and implementation of procurement mitigation and recovery plans for critical procurement activities
- Maintain procurement registers, tracking logs, databases, and performance records
- Prepare procurement dashboards, executive reports, KPI summaries, and procurement performance analyses for PMCM Management and the Client
- Review procurement documentation to ensure compliance with approved procurement procedures, governance requirements, contractual obligations, and audit requirements
- Coordinate procurement activities with Planning & Scheduling, Technical, Commercial, and Project Controls teams to ensure full integration across all program packages
- Assist in identifying procurement related risks, monitoring mitigation measures, and supporting contingency planning activities
- Participate in procurement review meetings, workshops, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives while promoting best practices in procurement governance and supply chain management
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum ten (10) years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, infrastructure delivery, construction, urban development, or major capital projects
- Experience within PMCM, PMC, consultancy, developer, contractor, or client side organizations, preferably on major land development and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
