Responsibilities

- توفير المواد والموردين والمقاولين من الباطن وفقاً لنطاق المشروع
- الحصول على عروض الأسعار من الموردين والمقاولين ومقارنتها وتقييمها
- التفاوض على الشروط التجارية وجداول التسليم وشروط الدفع
- التنسيق مع فرق التقدير والتصميم والمشروع للتوافق الفني والمشتريات
- إعداد جداول مقارنة المشتريات وتقارير التوصية
- تتبع موافقات المواد وحالة المشتريات وجداول التسليم
- ضمان إتمام المشتريات في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية
- دعم مراقبة التكاليف وإعداد التقارير المتعلقة بحزم المشتريات
- الحفاظ على سجلات المشتريات وقواعد بيانات الموردين
- إدارة حزم مشتريات متعددة ومتابعة الموردين
- دعم الإدارة في تخطيط المشتريات واختيار الموردين
Requirements
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة في المشتريات لمشاريع التشطيب و/أو البناء
- فهم جيد لمواد التشطيب والمواصفات وأسعار السوق
- القدرة على مراجعة المخططات وكميات المواد والمواصفات الفنية
- خبرة في التفاوض مع الموردين والمقارنة التجارية
- إجادة استخدام Excel ووثائق المشتريات
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير

Overview
- We are looking for a Procurement Engineer with solid experience in procurement, supplier coordination, material sourcing, and commercial evaluation for fit out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and procurement requirements.
- Source materials, suppliers, and subcontractors in line with project scope.
- Obtain, compare, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for technical and procurement alignment.
- Prepare procurement comparison sheets and recommendation reports.
- Track material approvals, procurement status, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure procurement is completed on time, within budget, and in line with project requirements.
- Support cost control and reporting related to procurement packages.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and supporting documentation.
- Handle multiple procurement packages and follow up with suppliers on critical timelines.
- Support management in procurement planning and vendor selection decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Relevant experience in procurement for fit out and/or construction projects.
- Good understanding of fit out materials, specifications, and market rates.
- Ability to review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for procurement purposes.
- Experience in supplier negotiation, comparison, and commercial evaluation.
- Good coordination and follow up skills with suppliers, project teams, and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in Excel and procurement documentation.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred
- Experience in UAE market.
- Experience in luxury fit out projects.
- Familiarity with procurement schedules, material approvals, and subcontractor packages.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement packages.
