About the Role
Alpago Design & Build seeks an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to manage daily site execution for high-end residential, villa, hospitality, and commercial fit-out projects in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and Project Engineer instructions
- Manage assigned work fronts including demolition, blockwork, partitions, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, stone, painting, joinery, sanitary ware, lighting, MEP coordination, external works, and final finishes
- Coordinate subcontractors, foremen, charge hands, suppliers, and site labour to maintain productivity and quality
- Monitor manpower allocation, material availability, tools, equipment, and daily work progress
- Ensure all works are completed to the required quality standard before inspection by QA/QC, consultant, or client representative
- Identify site issues, drawing discrepancies, clashes, access constraints, and workmanship concerns, and report them immediately to the Project Engineer or Project Manager
- Coordinate with MEP, joinery, civil, stone, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, and specialist subcontractors to avoid rework and delays
- Assist in arranging site inspections, WIRs, snagging, de snagging, testing, commissioning support, and handover preparation
- Maintain proper housekeeping, material protection, finished surface protection, and safe working conditions on site
- Ensure subcontractors and labour teams comply with HSE requirements, approved work methods, permits, PPE requirements, and site rules
- Track daily progress and report completed works, manpower, delays, material shortages, and site constraints to the Project Engineer
- Support material receiving, checking, storage, and protection on site
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in construction and interior fit out works
- Proven UAE experience in fit out site supervision
- Strong practical knowledge of finishing works, joinery, gypsum, ceilings, stone, flooring, painting, sanitary ware, lighting, and MEP interface coordination
- Ability to read and understand architectural, civil, MEP, joinery, ceiling, flooring, and finishing drawings
- UAE driving licence is preferred

Qualifications

- Experience in luxury villas, high end residential, hospitality, retail, F&B, or premium commercial fit out projects is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of finishing works, joinery, gypsum, ceilings, stone, flooring, painting, sanitary ware, lighting, and MEP interface coordination.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, civil, MEP, joinery, ceiling, flooring, and finishing drawings.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong site supervision and labour control skills.
- Good understanding of fit out sequencing and quality requirements.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and daily work fronts under programme pressure.
- Practical knowledge of site safety, housekeeping, access control, material handling, and finished work protection.
- Strong communication with Project Engineer, Project Manager, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Ability to identify site issues early and escalate them with clear information.
- Hands on, disciplined, and able to control workmanship quality at site level.
