Overview
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with potential suppliers and vendors.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and project managers to determine technical requirements and specifications for needed materials and equipment.
- Create and distribute Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to potential vendors.
- Conduct detailed cost analyses to identify optimal procurement options within budget constraints.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable contract terms and conditions.
- Oversee the entire ordering process, from initial requisition to final delivery, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical business practices, and relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Stay informed about market trends and advancements in supply chain management practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work Exprience in a Contracting Company and Landscape Industry preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to the industry
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and cost management
- Experience with procurement software and ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in contract management and supplier performance evaluation
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
