About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive and review all incoming client inquiries, tender documents, RFQs, drawings, and technical specifications
- Prepare a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) breaking down the project into measurable work items
- Obtain up to date and competitive quotations for materials, equipment, and services from approved suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintain and update a database of current market rates for materials and labor
- Compile all cost information into a clear, structured, and professional quotation or tender submission document
- Upon winning a project, prepare the initial project budget and hand over estimation files, BOQs, and supplier quotations to project management and cost control teams
Requirements
- Experience in reviewing tender documents, RFQs, drawings, and technical specifications
- Ability to prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Skill in obtaining competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Proficiency in compiling cost information into professional quotation or tender submission documents

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) that breaks down the project into measurable work items.

- Pay: AED5,000.00 AED9,000.00 per month
