About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Procurement professional to manage material sourcing, supplier coordination, and purchase documentation for an interior fit-out company. You will handle end-to-end procurement, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.

- Handle end to end procurement process for interior fit out materials
- Prepare and issue LPOs, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery
- Compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase terms
- Maintain updated records of materials, suppliers, and purchase documents
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and store team
- Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards
- Track delivery schedules and resolve supply issues
- Support accounts team with invoice verification and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of procurement/purchase experience (UAE fit out experience advanced)
- Strong knowledge of interior fit out materials and suppliers
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

About Us
- Edgecraft Interior Fitout LLC is a fast growing interior fit out company in Dubai. We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Procurement to manage material sourcing, supplier coordination, and purchase documentation.
