Responsibilities
- Manage and control all project documents (soft & hard copies)
- Maintain updated records of drawings, LPOs, material approvals, and site reports
- Ensure proper filing, labeling, and documentation tracking
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and suppliers
- Prepare daily/weekly documentation reports
- Ensure documents are submitted, received, and archived correctly
- Support procurement and project teams with document flow
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Document Controller (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience in interior fit out documentation is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
