Role Overview
ANZ Interiors LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Admin Cum Procurement Assistant.
The role supports administration, procurement, supplier coordination, records, stock monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office support tasks.
- Source and purchase materials, supplies, and services as required.
- Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain filing of documents, invoices, quotations, and purchase records.
- Monitor stock and coordinate material requirements with concerned departments.
- Assist with data entry, reports, and other administrative duties.
- Perform other administration and procurement tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration and procurement is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Familiarity with suppliers and purchasing procedures in the UAE is an advantage.
