- Source and obtain competitive pricing of suppliers and equipment
- Coordinate all general office duties to ensure a harmonious and efficient work environment
- Manage general office communications including answering phone calls
- Prepare and dispatch admin documents
- Office supplies ordering and inventory
- Manage mailing and courier services
- Issue purchase orders and process invoices
- Distribute and reconcile petty cash float
- Organise the maintenance of the IT operations in the office
- Any other general office duties as requested from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Studies/Administration Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience with purchasing, logistics background
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently in English and Arabic
- Ability to manage and multi task and work independently
- Meticulous to detail and committed
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years of working experience with purchasing, logistics background.

- Ability to manage and multi task and work independently.
- Meticulous to detail and committed.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Purchasing/Inventory/Logistics/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
