ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and obtain competitive pricing of suppliers and equipment.
  • To coordinate all general office duties to ensure a harmonious and efficient work environment.
  • Manage general office communications including answering phone calls.
  • Preparing and dispatch of admin documents.
  • Office supplies ordering and inventory.
  • Manage mailing and courier services.
  • Issue purchase orders and process invoices.
  • Distribute and reconcile petty cash float.
  • Organise the maintenance of the IT operations in the office.
  • Any other general office duties as requested from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Business Studies/Administration Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience with purchasing, logistics background.
  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to manage and multi task and work independently.
  • Meticulous to detail and committed.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Purchasing/Inventory/Logistics/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
