Role Description
Full-time remote procurement role responsible for end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders and suppliers in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process purchase requests, prepare and issue purchase orders, and clarify requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, and monitor delivery schedules.
- Maintain procurement records, track budgets and expenditures, and prepare reports for data-driven decisions.
- Contribute to process improvements, ensure policy compliance, and uphold transparent, ethical purchasing practices.
Qualifications
- Strong procurement and purchasing skills, including purchase orders and vendor management, are required.
- Analytical skills, communication skills, and knowledge of procurement procedures, contract terms, and compliance best practices are required.
- Relevant procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience is required.
- Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems and common office software is required.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple remote requests and deadlines are required.
- An undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is required.
