Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of aerospace engine components, precision machined parts, tooling, raw materials, and engineering services
- Prepare and manage RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and program teams on technical procurement requirements
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery status, and procurement risks
- Support supplier qualification and compliance activities
- Maintain procurement records and reporting within ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Ensure compliance with company policies, export control, and aerospace quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years of procurement or contracts experience in Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, or Advanced manufacturing industries
- Experience working in engineering driven environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of procurement and contract management
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing and technical documentation
- Good commercial negotiation and supplier management skills
- Strong MS Excel and reporting capability
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Commercial awareness and problem solving mindset
- Attention to detail and accountability

Qualifications & Experience
