Full-time hybrid procurement role based in Abu Dhabi with on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Supports day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities for supplies and equipment.

Prepare and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate supply and equipment records.
Source vendors, obtain quotations, compare prices and terms, and assist with negotiations.
Coordinate with operations and cleaning teams to understand inventory needs and monitor stock levels.
Ensure timely replenishment of materials and communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Assist with documentation, reporting, procurement processes, and compliance with company policies.

Skills in purchasing processes, procurement workflows, vendor management, purchasing, and purchase orders are required.
Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination is required.
Ability to use basic procurement and inventory systems, spreadsheets, ERP, or purchasing software is required.
Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills are required.
A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
