Role Description
This is a full-time remote role supporting end-to-end purchasing activities.
The role supports purchase orders, supplier sourcing, vendor coordination, delivery tracking, procurement records, inventory or pipeline monitoring, and purchasing compliance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process purchase orders, track order status, and maintain accurate procurement transaction records.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotes, compare pricing, and help ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate with vendors to resolve issues.
- Monitor inventory levels or procurement pipelines, update documentation, support process improvements, and follow internal purchasing policies.
Qualifications
- Skills in purchasing processes and procurement are required to support the procurement lifecycle.
- Skills in purchasing and purchase orders are required for order management, documentation, and vendor transactions.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, accurate data entry, and basic spreadsheet or procurement-system proficiency are required.
- Candidates should work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate organization and time management.
- Prior procurement, purchasing, or operations support experience is beneficial.
- An associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, or a related field is preferred but not required.
