Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, availability, and delivery terms
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and service providers
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update supplier information, purchasing records, and procurement documentation
- Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill purchasing requirements
- Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies, delays, shortages, or delivery issues
- Assist with supplier relationship management and contract administration
- Support inventory and stock related purchasing requirements
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
- Assist in preparing procurement reports, budgets, cost comparisons, and analysis
- Perform other purchasing and administrative duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Procurement Assistant, or similar procurement role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or related administrative role
- Experience with procurement or ERP software such as Odoo, Jiffy, or similar systems is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good command of written and spoken English

Job Summary

Requirements
