About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing end to end warehouse operations (receiving, put away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns)
- Ensure smooth daily workflow and adherence to SOPs
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure system accuracy
- Support cycle counts and full stock counts
- Supervise warehouse supervisors, pickers, packers, and support staff
- Ensure correct receiving against Purchase Orders (POs)
- Oversee dispatch accuracy and on time delivery performance
- Enforce warehouse safety SOPs and standards
- Prepare operational reports (inventory, dispatch, damages, productivity)
- Oversee returns processing and validation
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 3–6 years of warehouse/logistics experience
- Minimum 1–3 years in a supervisory or relevant role
- Experience in FMCG, beverage, or retail distribution is an advantage
- Strong warehouse operations knowledge
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures

Job Summary
- The Warehouse Coordinator supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfilment, dispatch, and returns processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing end to end warehouse operations (receiving, put away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns).
- Ensure smooth daily workflow and adherence to SOPs.
- Monitor operational efficiency and resolve bottlenecks.
- Support implementation of WMS processes and improvements.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure system accuracy.
- Support cycle counts and full stock counts.
- Investigate stock variances (shortages, excess, damages).
- Supervise warehouse supervisors, pickers, packers, and support staff.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
- Ensure correct receiving against Purchase Orders (POs).
- Oversee dispatch accuracy and on time delivery performance.
- Enforce warehouse safety SOPs and standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3–6 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
- Minimum 1–3 years in a supervisory or relevant role.
