Responsible for day-to-day processing of purchase order requests from creation through to completion
Review and process receiving documents in accordance with Precision's policies and procedures
Adheres to policies and procedures surrounding spending limits and approval allowances

Maintain regular communication with Field Employees and Vendors to support operational requirements

Support vendor interactions including occasional participation in sourcing activities and assisting with pricing discussions, while maintaining established supplier relationships
Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role; procurement and/or oil and gas experience considered an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Demonstrate ability to take initiative, to work independently and follow through on work assignments
Strong team orientation with a collaborative mindset and willingness to support shared team objectives
Ability and propensity to use judgement and re-evaluate decisions when presented with new information
Experience creating purchase orders; previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service and vendor relationship skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy
