Role Overview
The role supports the Finance Operations vertical, with work focused on procure-to-pay and accounts payable activities.
The position involves collecting operational data, conducting analysis, reconciling transactions, and supporting end-to-end procurement and financial processes.
Required Skills
- Procure to Pay and Master Data Management are identified as required skills.
- Basic ERP knowledge, adaptability, pressure management, teamwork, and deadline management are sought.
Qualifications
- Any graduation is required.
- The role is designated for candidates with 0 to 1 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Support vendor compliance, savings protection, discount capture, preferred supplier usage, and validation of pricing and payment terms.
- Process expense invoices and claims according to client policies, procedures, service-level agreements, and turnaround requirements.
- Process purchase order, non-purchase order, urgent, and credit-note transactions, including two-way and three-way matching.
- Save and post invoices in the ERP and prepare approved invoices for payment.
