Processing Assistant IV

Qualifications Required

• Must be a High School Graduate
• 1 year of clerical work experience
• Be able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Be knowledgeable of basic math skills
• Possess excellent filing skills
• Have the ability to communicate effectively with staff and public
• Have the ability to spell, print and write legibly
• Have basic data processing skills In order to work with the department's computer system
• Have proficient typing skills and calculator skills
• Bilingual Preferred
