About the Role
DowMartin Ltd seeks a Process Safety Advisor to support the HSEQ Manager in establishing and maintaining the Process Safety Management (PSM) system.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Process Safety Management (PSM) Framework
- Establish and monitor Process Safety KPIs
- Ensure alignment of the PSM framework with the corporate HSE Management System
- Lead and support process safety incident investigations using recognised Root Cause Analysis methodologies
- Support the development and maintenance of Fire Pre Incident Plans and participate in emergency drills and tabletop exercises
- Develop and maintain the Corporate Risk Management Procedure
- Establish and sustain the Management of Change (MOC) process, including Pre Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) and Facility Siting assessments
- Develop and maintain Process Safety standards, procedures, specifications, guidelines and assurance plans aligned with Operational Excellence principles
- Participate in incident investigations, Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and emergency response exercises
- Provide Process Safety support to Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and HSEQ teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum of 20 years' experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Petroleum industry
- At least 10 years' proven experience developing, implementing and sustaining Process Safety Management and Risk Management programmes
- Extensive experience in design reviews and development of HSEQ standards, procedures and specifications
- Relevant certifications or diplomas in Process Safety, Risk Management or EHSSQ
- Process Safety certifications (e.g. CCPS, IChemE, NEBOSH Process Safety, or equivalent) are advantageous

Job Purpose
- To support the HSEQ Manager in establishing and maintaining the Process Safety Management (PSM) system, delivering process safety training and audits, preparing required documentation, performance reports, and reviewing process safety records in compliance with corporate HSE requirements, regulatory
Principal Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain the Process Safety Management (PSM) Framework
