Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement investor relations strategies and communication plans.
- Prepare announcement to the market, Authorities and Investors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, shareholders, analysts, and financial institutions.
- Prepare investor presentations, annual reports, press releases, and financial communication materials.
- Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and stakeholder events.
- Monitor market trends, shareholder activities, and competitor performance.
- Support fundraising initiatives, investment proposals, and due diligence processes.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and executive teams to ensure accurate and timely disclosure of information.
- Maintain investor databases and communication records.
- Prepare reports and analysis for senior management regarding investor feedback and market perception.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements.
- Assist in enhancing the company’s corporate image and market reputation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, IR certification) is an advantage.
- Proven experience in investor relations, finance, corporate communications, or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and investment principles.
- 3–10 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, banking, or related fields.
- Experience working with publicly listed companies or investment entities is preferred.
- Investor satisfaction and engagement
