Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise process improvement strategies and governance frameworks
- Lead process improvement initiatives including process mapping, workflow optimization, and automation
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate process discovery workshops, value stream mapping, and Kaizen events
- Monitor KPIs and analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and waste

Requirements

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with BPM platforms, ERP systems, and data analytics tools

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise process improvement strategies, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement programs aligned with organizational objectives and operational excellence goals.
- Lead process improvement initiatives across business functions, including process mapping, workflow optimization, standardization, automation, and business transformation projects.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, human resources, information technology, supply chain, quality, customer service, procurement, and executive leadership to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
- Facilitate process discovery workshops, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, Kaizen events, Lean initiatives, Six Sigma projects, and business process reengineering (BPR) activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including process cycle time, productivity, operational costs, quality performance, customer satisfaction, process compliance, automation rates, and efficiency improvements.
- Analyze business processes, operational data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify bottlenecks, risks, waste, and optimization opportunities.
- Design standardized operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, governance models, performance dashboards, and continuous improvement frameworks to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Evaluate and implement automation technologies, robotic process automation (RPA), workflow management solutions, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation initiatives to improve business performance.
- Conduct process audits, operational assessments, benchmarking studies, risk analyses, and change impact assessments to support informed decision making and long term improvements.
- Utilize Business Process Management (BPM) platforms, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, business intelligence tools, process mining software, and analytics platforms to monitor process performance and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare process improvement reports, executive dashboards, business cases, operational analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop process improvement specialists, business analysts, project teams, and cross functional stakeholders while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Master's degree or professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), or equivalent are advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, continuous improvement, operations management, or related roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing enterprise process improvement programs, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, or cross functional transformation projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Business Process Management (BPM), process mapping, process mining, workflow automation, change management, and operational excellence principles.
- Experience with BPM platforms, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, process mining tools, workflow automation platforms, RPA technologies, and business intelligence solutions.
- Familiarity with AI powered process optimization, digital transformation, Agile methodologies, enterprise architecture, performance management, and data analytics is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, facilitation, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to lead enterprise wide improvement initiatives while balancing operational efficiency, quality, customer experience, compliance, and business objectives.
- Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid environments.
