Responsibilities
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies, investment frameworks, opportunity pipelines, and growth initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue acquisition opportunities through market research, industry analysis, competitive intelligence, networking, and strategic partnerships
- Lead the end to end acquisition lifecycle including opportunity sourcing, preliminary assessment, valuation analysis, due diligence, negotiation support, transaction execution, and integration planning
- Collaborate with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Operations, Tax, Risk Management, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to evaluate and execute acquisitions
- Conduct financial modeling, business case development, valuation analysis, market assessments, return on investment analysis, and investment recommendations
- Coordinate due diligence processes covering financial, operational, legal, commercial, technology, regulatory, and organizational considerations
- Monitor key performance indicators including acquisition pipeline value, transaction completion timelines, investment returns, integration milestones, cost synergies, revenue opportunities, and strategic alignment
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, competitor activity, target company performance, and macroeconomic factors to identify acquisition opportunities
- Develop acquisition presentations, investment committee materials, transaction reports, executive briefings, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Support negotiations with acquisition targets, investment partners, advisors, brokers, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Manage post acquisition activities including integration planning, synergy tracking, operational alignment, governance implementation, and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, regulatory requirements, confidentiality obligations, investment policies, and organizational procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Investment Management, Corporate Strategy, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in acquisitions, M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, finance, or related roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing acquisition processes, transaction evaluations, investment projects, or strategic growth initiatives (preferred)
- Strong understanding of M&A, valuation methodologies, financial modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, market analysis, negotiation, and integration planning
- Experience with financial analysis tools, ERP systems, CRM platforms, investment databases, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, financial modeling software, and analytics platforms
- Master's degree (MBA preferred) or professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA, FMVA, PMP (highly advantageous)
- Strong leadership, analytical, financial, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem solving skills

- Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions, valuation methodologies, financial modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, market analysis, negotiation, and integration planning.
- Experience with financial analysis tools, ERP systems, CRM platforms, investment databases, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, financial modeling software, and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with private equity transactions, venture investments, strategic partnerships, post merger integration, AI powered investment analytics, and digital transformation is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, analytical, financial, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple acquisition initiatives while balancing investment objectives, financial returns, strategic alignment, regulatory requirements, risks, and business priorities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments, with flexibility to attend investor meetings, negotiations, due diligence sessions, and strategic planning discussions as required.
