Position Overview
JAM Industries is seeking a Process Improvement, Documentation and Training Manager to standardize and improve operational processes across the organization.
The role leads training and onboarding, maintains operational documentation, and supports process improvement initiatives with operational leaders and cross-functional teams.
Location and Employment
- The description lists the workplace at 21000 Trans-Canadienne, Baie D’Urfé, Québec H9X 4B7.
- Employment is full-time and permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver employee training and onboarding programs.
- Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and process documentation.
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities with operational teams.
- Lead or support process improvement projects through implementation.
- Standardize processes and documentation across departments and locations where applicable.
- Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, Information Technology, and other functions.
- Track training completion, employee understanding, and improvement effectiveness.
- Support change management for new systems, procedures, and operational requirements.
