Role Summary
The Supply Chain Coordinator supports inbound logistics operations, ensuring accurate data management, timely shipment coordination, and compliance with company standards. This role focuses on shipment booking, documentation, customs clearance, and process improvement initiatives within JAM’s logistics framework. The coordinator is responsible for fulfilling logistics KPIs, maintaining supplier operational procedures, and collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve shipment issues.
Key Responsibilities (PO Management Excluded)
- Handle shipments from booking to receipt in JAM Inbound Management system, including customs, ocean, and other transport modes.
- Analyze lead time performance and report on goods in transit (weekly/monthly).
- Support building and maintaining logistics supplier operational procedures (SOP) with internal clients, suppliers, and other departments.
- Fulfill logistics KPIs and dashboards; manage reporting for internal and external clients.
- Prepare and confirm document packages for customs clearance; communicate and follow up with customs brokers and forwarders.
