The Role
The Process Governance Manager will establish, manage, and continuously improve the organization's process-governance framework.
The role covers process standards, ownership models, documentation, controls, performance monitoring, compliance, change management, and continuous improvement.
The position is based in the United Arab Emirates and is fully remote.
Governance and Process Management
- Develop governance frameworks, standards, policies, operating principles, ownership models, and approval authorities.
- Maintain a centralized repository of approved processes, procedures, policies, workflows, controls, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate process mapping, documentation, analysis, validation, design workshops, and lifecycle management.
- Review processes for duplication, inefficiencies, control weaknesses, unclear ownership, and unnecessary complexity.
Performance, Risk, and Compliance
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, management reports, review cycles, governance forums, and escalation mechanisms.
- Monitor process adherence, effectiveness, efficiency, control performance, compliance, risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
