Process Expert - GL Accounting

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.g).

Working Experince

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP FI (R/3 and/or S/4HANA), with in-depth understanding of core financial processes. • Solid knowledge of IFRS accounting standards (mandatory). • Proven experience and deep functional knowledge General Ledger Accounting & External Reporting • • Experience in global shared services environments, including transitions, migrations, or process consolidations • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive decisions and operate with a high degree of autonomy. • Knowledge and experience of MS office tools.
• Strong lateral leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions. • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and reliable outputs.
