Role Overview
Oversee the daily operations of Invoice to Cash team (Accounts Receivable, Treasury Back Office, Collection Services and Intercompany Reconciliation).
Ensure Invoice to Cash end to end processes, are performed in accordance with corporate policies, internal controls, and regional guidelines Ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant processing and settlement of financial transactions, accurate record keeping, and effective risk management.
Ensure high level of Service Quality within the given compliance and budget framework through Knowledge Management, Employee Development, continuous improvement, digitalization, close connection to the stakeholders and a constant close eye on developments in the market that could impact our business.
Lead and develop the team to their full potential by fostering an engaging team environment that promotes continuous learning and growth, cultivating employee satisfaction and retention.
