Process Expert - Compounding & Support 80-100%

What you will do:

• Lead and continuously improve aseptic compounding processes, leveraging GMP manufacturing experience to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
• Provide hands-on technical support to operators, troubleshoot process issues, and drive deviations, investigations, and corrective actions to maintain product quality and compliance.
• Execute and support validation and qualification activities, including the preparation, review, and maintenance of all relevant GMP documentation.
• Maintain equipment and processes in an inspection-ready state, support internal and external audits, and contribute expertise in sterile manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate within a proactive, reliable, and accountable team, bringing a BSc/MSc in a scientific discipline, fluent English and conversational German (B1); experience with GMP washers, sterilization processes, thawing, and compounding is an advantage.
• What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Life Sciences discipline (e.g., Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) with hands-on experience in aseptic/sterile manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing, with a strong understanding of quality, compliance, and documentation requirements is a must. Experience in qualification and validation activities are a strong advantage.
• Fluent English and conversational German (B1 level or above), enabling effective communication across teams and functions.
• A proactive, reliable team player who enjoys collaborating with others, takes ownership of responsibilities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple parallel activities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a high degree of flexibility; experience in thawing and compounding operations and knowledge of GMP washers and autoclaves are considered strong advantages.
