Role Purpose

Process Excellence Senior Analyst supports the optimisation, standardisation, and continuous improvement of global FP&A processes. Operating under the guidance of the Process Excellence Manager, this role ensures end-to-end planning processes are efficient, consistent, and aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives.

You will work across multiple workstreams to analyse processes, gather requirements, and support the design and implementation of improvement initiatives. Partnering closely with Business Decision Support (BDS), Group Finance, the FP&A Product Development team, and CoE delivery teams, you will help identify challenges, document current and future-state processes, and assist in delivering effective, scalable solutions.

The role plays a key part in change control and stakeholder communication by supporting workshops, preparing documentation, tracking progress, and highlighting benefits and risks. Through your analysis and collaborative approach, you will help embed sustainable improvements and contribute to the broader FP&A transformation journey.

Continuous improvement, standardisation, and process optimisation

Contribute to improvement recommendations through data analysis, documentation, and best-practice research. Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and sustainable solutions. Support periodic reviews of FP&A process performance through data analysis and preparation of supporting materials. Track benefits against business cases with oversight from the Process Excellence Manager. Maintain process documentation, including process flows, user guides, and RACI matrices. Support the implementation of process controls and monitoring mechanisms to sustain improvements.

Collaboration and knowledge management

Participate in workshops, working sessions, and cross-functional discussions to gather inputs and validate requirements. Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities, training content, and documentation updates to support consistent understanding of FP&A processes. Maintain shared repositories, templates, and tools used for process governance and standardisation.
