Role Overview
Provides technical leadership and support for dry product external manufacturing and reliable medicine supply.
Develops process knowledge, supports equipment and process performance, drives continuous improvement, and supports HSE/PSM compliance at contract manufacturing sites.
Key Objectives and Deliverables
- Use unit operation control experience to advise the Contract Manufacturer Joint Process Team.
- Apply statistical thinking and process data to monitor performance and make engineering decisions.
- Support and peer review root cause analyses for FUME and operational incidents.
- Identify process knowledge gaps affecting equipment and process capability.
- Lead or participate in root cause analysis and countermeasure development for systemic supply issues.
- Support continuous improvement and cost reduction activities.
- Create methodology to show the qualification status of key FUME systems.
- Act as liaison for Dry External Manufacturing and Global HSE on HSE and PSM oversight.
- Follow applicable contract manufacturing, engineering, quality, and company policies.
Basic Requirements
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or another engineering discipline.
