Work with the Journey Owners to identify existing processes that need improvement through analysis, data collection, and feedback from stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operations, ideally within financial services or wealth management
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) or equivalent process improvement/reengineering credential strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with process mapping and business process reengineering methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, value stream mapping)
Proficiency with process mapping and BPM tools (e.g., Visio, Salesforce, Power Platform) and familiarity with data analysis/statistical process control
Exposure to intelligent automation or RPA tools is an asset

PMP or other formal project management certification is an asset

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $71,000-$95,000. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, and the consideration of internal equity.
