Role overview
Philips' Intelligent Systems & AI organization supports the transformation of solution development, marketing, sales, delivery, and install-base management capabilities.
The role contributes as a Commercial Business Capability Expert with a focus on commercial backbone processes and scalable, standardized solutions.
Core responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end commercial processes across product catalogs, opportunities, quoting, subscriptions, contracts, orders, billing, and invoicing.
- Support the Enterprise Informatics commercial excellence transformation roadmap and align improvements with strategic business goals.
- Monitor process performance, KPIs, SLAs, compliance requirements, controls, industry trends, and governance standards.
- Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with technology teams to integrate AI/ML into commercial workflows.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and training, support onboarding and adoption, and clarify impacts of new ways of working.
- Build communities of practice, support capability development, and track performance impact against benchmarks and targets.
Required experience and skills
- Minimum 2–4 years of industry experience.
- Good understanding of management systems and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
