• Execute safe, compliant movement of small parts and large plastic components across the site: pick, pack, label and transport per customer/export/import requirements while updating Warehouse Management System transactions to maintain real‐time inventory accuracy.
• Operate and support material‐handling equipment (forklifts, trolleys, conveyors, IT terminals, scanners, printers), follow established safety protocols, assist experienced operators, and escalate mechanical or packing issues to maintenance for timely resolution.
• Collect and share inventory data for high‐demand items to support replenishment and forecasting, help implement new picking procedures into existing workflows, and contribute to continuous safety and process improvements.
• No prior experience required; understanding or having had experience as a warehouse or distribution center operator is preferred.
• You have High School Diploma, vocational education certificate or GED.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
• You possess positive and respectful attitude, work well with others, maintain a high sense of urgency, attention to detail, be adaptable and be safety conscious.
• The ability to work mandatory overtime is an essential function of this role. Overtime work can include Saturdays and 10-hour shifts.
