• Develop and validate new automation processes, including feasibility studies and capability analysis • Support continuous improvement of installed manufacturing equipment and processes • Perform process capability studies, GR&R, and cycle time analysis • Debug, run‑off, and implement automation cells in collaboration with customers and internal teams • Conduct run‑at‑rate testing and support production validation activities • Identify root causes of technical issues and implement corrective actions • Prepare process engineering documentation (work instructions, parameter sheets, reports) • Collaborate with engineering, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely project completion • Evaluate and select outsourced automation equipment and new technologies • Create 2D layouts and support process flow development • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and generate innovation ideas
