• Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems for manufacturing equipment • Program and troubleshoot PLC systems including Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Omron platforms • Develop and maintain HMI applications and operator interfaces • Program and support servo motion control systems • Program, integrate, and troubleshoot robotic systems including Fanuc, ABB, and KUKA robots • Integrate electrical and automation systems into new and existing manufacturing equipment • Design control panels, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials (BOMs) • Troubleshoot electrical systems including wiring, fuses, and industrial power distribution systems • Support automation cell improvements and equipment upgrades • Train and support maintenance personnel on automation system operation, functionality, and troubleshooting • Mentor licensed electricians in PLC programming and controls troubleshooting techniques • Participate in continuous improvement projects related to automation, controls, and robotics • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements
