Service Overview
The Finance and Procurement Services team supports purchasing, outgoing payments, cash allocation, fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, and closing and reporting.
The organization uses integrated systems, automated processing, and process optimization to support business requirements.
Invoice Processing
- Process purchase-order and non-purchase-order vendor invoices accurately within agreed turnaround times.
- Validate invoice details against purchase orders, goods receipt notes, contracts, and tax documents.
- Post invoices in SAP and comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Monitor and resolve invoice exceptions, payment blocks, duplicate invoices, and posting errors.
- Conduct quality checks against defined KPIs and SLAs.
Controls and Stakeholders
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence.
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
- Handle urgent payment requests and vendor or customer queries within agreed timelines.
- Identify process gaps and control weaknesses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, P2P governance requirements, and process documentation.
