Join Kerry's Menstrie fermentation facility as a Process and Project Engineer supporting site operations and process performance.

Work arrangement
- This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role based on site in Menstrie.
Responsibilities
- Support operator capability building through SOP creation, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot critical site concerns using process subject-matter expertise.
- Create investment proposals with costs, savings, descriptions, and timetables.
- Develop and deliver multiple capital projects simultaneously.
- Manage project plans, resources, milestones, quality, and budgets.
- Manage contractors and support safe systems of work.
- Improve and develop project engineering procedures.
Qualifications and experience
- A qualification or degree in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical field is requested.
- Previous process engineering experience is key; project experience is beneficial.
- Work effectively to deadlines in a complex environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Communicate effectively across the business and with external contractors.
- Extract and analyze data to provide useful insights.
- Use Microsoft Office and maintain strong document management practices.
Site processes
Relevant unit operations include solid-liquid extraction, evaporation, centrifuge separation, reaction, spray drying, and clean-in-place processes.
