- Handle all government related transactions with UAE authorities including MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, and Amer.
- Process labor approvals, work permits, employment contracts, and non objection certificates (NOCs).
- Manage issuance, renewal, and cancellation of employment visas, residence visas, labor cards, and Emirates ID.
- Follow up on company and employee related files with government departments to ensure compliance with UAE laws.
- Handle company setup procedures including trade license issuance and renewal, company establishment and amendments.
- Liaise with economic departments and free zones.
- Assist in opening corporate bank accounts and coordinate with banks to complete required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and ensure timely renewals.
- Stay updated on changes in UAE labor law, immigration regulations, and government procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments and management to ensure smooth operational processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PRO or Government Relations Officer in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and government portals
- Valid UAE driving license and own a car
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is preferred
