Finance Managers Responsibilities

- * Issue and control cheques, bank transfers, and payment processing.
- * Oversee payroll preparation and ensure accurate and timely salary transfers (WPS).
- * Maintain and monitor employee financial records and accounts.
- * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- * Develop and manage the company’s annual budget and financial planning.
- * Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenues to ensure financial stability.
- * Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- * Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- * Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
- * Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
- * Implement and improve accounting systems and financial procedures.
- * Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
- * Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
- Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
- Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
- Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
- Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
- Prudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.
- Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
- Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
- Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
- Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.

- Must have at least 5 years experience in the same field
- Must have NOC or Clearance Letter
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR11,000.00 per month
