About the Role
Al Maidoor Group is seeking an experienced PRO & Admin professional in Dubai to handle visa processing, government liaison, and administrative support. Candidates need 2-5 years of UAE PRO experience, knowledge of labour laws, and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities
- Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes for employees
- Handle labour cards, Emirates ID, medical tests, MOL & immigration approvals
- Coordinate with MOHRE, Immigration, GDRFA, Tasheel, Amer, and other government entities
- Manage trade license renewal, establishment cards, and company documentation
- Track visa expiry dates and maintain accurate employee records
- Provide daily administrative support to management and departments
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and office documentation
- Prepare official letters, memos, and reports
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and basic HR coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a PRO or Admin Assistant in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and government procedures
- Experience dealing with Immigration, MOHRE, Tasheel, Amer, and GDRFA
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Well organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
