- Measure, cut, assemble, and install kitchen cabinets and related woodwork
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
- Install cabinet hardware, doors, drawers, and trim with precision
- Ensure high quality finishes and attention to detail
- Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, designers, and clients
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform on site adjustments and troubleshooting as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, specifically with kitchen cabinets
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to lift materials and work on site
- Experience with custom cabinetry or high end kitchens (preferred)
- Experience with installations in residential or commercial projects (preferred)
- Knowledge of finishes, laminates, and hardware systems (preferred)
