About the Role
AspenView Technology Partners seeks an experienced PAM Specialist to design and build a privileged access management capability from the ground up for a strategic enterprise client.

Responsibilities
- Perform privileged account discovery across hybrid estate including AD, Windows/Linux servers, and databases
- Catalog and classify privileged, shared, and external privileged accounts
- Design and implement secure credential vaulting with automated password rotation
- Define policies for lifecycle management of privileged credentials
- Design and implement just in time privilege elevation workflows
- Deploy privileged session proxy and session recording capabilities
- Integrate PAM controls with IGA certification and access review workflows
- Build initially for up to 250 privileged users, scaling to 500
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience performing privileged account discovery across hybrid environments (Active Directory, Windows/Linux servers, databases)
- Hands on experience implementing credential vaulting and automated credential rotation
- Experience designing and implementing JIT privilege elevation
- Experience deploying session proxy and session recording solutions
- Experience integrating PAM controls with IGA certification workflows
- Deep expertise in CyberArk or BeyondTrust
- Current CyberArk Defender/Sentry or BeyondTrust certified professional certification required
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of residence; no visa sponsorship

About The Role
- Seeking an experienced PAM Specialist to design and build a PAM capability from the ground up for a strategic enterprise client.
- Greenfield engagement: own PAM discovery, vaulting design, JIT access, session recording, and integration with IGA.
- Shift hours allocated in European timezone.
What You Will Do
- Perform privileged account discovery across hybrid estate.
- Catalog and classify privileged accounts.
- Design and implement credential vaulting with automated rotation.
- Design and implement JIT privilege elevation.

- Integrate PAM with IGA certification workflows.

What You Bring Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
What You Bring Experience
- Experience in privileged account discovery across hybrid environments.

- Experience with session proxy and recording.

What You Bring Technical Expertise

Preferred (Good To Have)
- SAP privileged access experience.
- Break glass/firefighter workflow design.
- Non human identity credential governance.
- Microsoft Entra ID PIM integration.
Certifications
- Current CyberArk Defender/Sentry or BeyondTrust certified professional certification required.
- Saviynt PAM experience is relevant.
