AspenView Technology Partners seeks a Functional/Process Consultant to design and implement Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable IGA workflows, access certification campaigns, and RBAC models.

- Translate business and control requirements into scalable IGA processes and workflows
- Design target state architecture and processes from near zero baseline
- Lead requirements workshops to design access request workflows and certification campaigns
- Define Segregation of Duties rulesets for compliance and risk mitigation
- Develop and implement Role Based Access Control models from the ground up
- Drive change management initiatives and provide user adoption support
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in IGA functional design for large scale enterprise programs
- Deep practical experience in access certification campaign design, SoD ruleset definition, and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to design and implement robust RBAC models from low maturity baselines
- Strong capabilities in change management and user adoption during enterprise security rollouts
- Must be based in Europe or LATAM with ability to work within European time zone

About the Role
- The Functional/Process Consultant translates business and control requirements into scalable IGA processes.
- Leads design of target state from low maturity baseline, establishing structured access governance.
- Acts as primary interface with business stakeholders for secure, compliant IGA rollout.
