Position Summary

  • Leads the design, execution, and scaling of private reimbursement ecosystems across Private Health Insurance (PHI) and employer segments in the Gulf.
  • Owns the full private payer and employer access agenda for CMH and Obesity therapies.
  • Operates with senior level ownership, transforming strategy into scalable, high impact market solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead private payer and employer reimbursement strategy across Gulf markets.
  • Shape reimbursement frameworks influencing insurer and employer behavior.
  • Lead financial modeling and value proposition development.
  • Engage insurers, TPAs, brokers, and large employers at senior level.
  • Drive employer ecosystem programs and scale across markets.
  • Lead end to end program execution from design to scale.
  • Ensure governance, tracking and strong follow through.
  • Lead cross functional alignment without authority.
  • Build and manage ecosystem partnerships.

Key Stakeholders

  • Internal: PRA, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Excellence.
  • External: Private insurers, TPAs, brokers, healthcare providers, employers, strategic partners.
  • Responsible for influencing senior decision makers across stakeholders.

Market Insights & Strategy

  • Lead PHI and employer market assessments.
  • Generate insights and stakeholder intelligence.
  • Translate insights into execution strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Master’s in Health Economics / Pharmacoeconomics preferred.
  • 8–12+ years experience in payer strategy, market access or healthcare ecosystem roles.
  • Proven track record in leading complex strategic initiatives.
