- End to end management of a small portfolio of UHNWI, government, and institutional scale clients
- Off market and pre market deal sourcing for high value clients
- Structuring and advisory support on large ticket acquisitions, portfolios, and strategic real estate positioning
- Building the Private Office function itself – process, positioning, and client acquisition strategy
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality in all client dealings
- Direct liaison with developers, family offices, legal/financial advisors, and government representatives
- Accurate CRM record keeping (Bitrix24) balanced with confidentiality
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar senior/private client role within a larger brokerage, or a background in investment funds, hedge funds, government bodies, family offices, or wealth management
- Existing network within the UHNWI, institutional, or government client tier is a strong advantage
- Self starter comfortable building a role from scratch with minimal structure
- Absolute discretion, polish, and professionalism
- Fluent English essential; Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin a strong plus
- Comfortable structuring complex, multi party, or portfolio level deals

- Nexus Point is a boutique real estate brokerage headquartered in Dubai Hills, built on depth over volume — a small, high performing team serving a select group of high value international clients.
The Role
- We're building a Private Office function within Nexus Point — a discreet, senior level advisory arm dedicated to our highest value relationships: ultra high net worth individuals, family offices, government/sovereign entities, and institutional clients such as hedge funds.
- This is a standalone, self directed role. There is no instruction manual — you will define and build this position, backed by leadership support and a dedicated PA to help execute.
- This is not a volume sales role. It's a relationship and advisory led position for someone who already operates comfortably at this level.
What You'll Own
- End to end management of a small portfolio of UHNWI, government, and institutional scale clients
- Off market and pre market deal sourcing — this client base rarely transacts through public listings
- Structuring and advisory support on large ticket acquisitions, portfolios, and strategic real estate positioning (not just single unit transactions)
- Building the Private Office function itself — process, positioning, and client acquisition strategy, eventually recruitment in the future, with autonomy to shape how the role operates
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality in all client dealings
- Direct liaison with developers, family offices, legal/financial advisors, and government representatives on behalf of clients
- Accurate CRM record keeping (Bitrix24) balanced with the confidentiality this client tier requires
What We Offer

Compensation
- AED 25,000/month base salary + commission on closed transactions (commission structure discussed based on deal size and client type)
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar senior/private client role within a larger brokerage, or a background in investment funds, hedge funds, government bodies, family offices, or wealth management
- Existing network within the UHNWI, institutional, or government client tier is a strong advantage
- Self starter comfortable building a role from scratch with minimal structure — this is a standalone position without an established playbook
- Absolute discretion, polish, and professionalism — this role represents the brokerage at the highest level
- Fluent English essential; Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin a strong plus given the international client base
