The Role
- We're hiring a massage therapist to work on site, offering regular sessions for our team to relieve back, neck, and shoulder tension.
- This is a chance to build an ongoing wellness relationship with a small, consistent client base.
What You'll Do
- Provide scheduled massage sessions for team members at our Dubai Hills office (frequency/days to be agreed).
- Focus on desk related tension: back, neck, shoulders, and posture related discomfort.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and discreet setup within the office.
- Adapt session length/style to individual needs (chair massage, table massage, or a mix).
What We're Looking For
- Certified/licensed massage therapist with relevant UAE certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience with therapeutic/deep tissue and desk related tension relief (not just relaxation massage).
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working within a corporate office setting.
- Own equipment (portable table/chair) preferred.
- Bonus: experience with manicure/nail care is a plus.
Compensation
- Salary as per market rate, based on experience and session frequency.
- Open to discussing per session vs. fixed monthly retainer structure.
