- Conduct consultations with prospective clients regarding their perfume and product brand requirements.
- Present private label solutions, fragrance options, packaging choices, and manufacturing services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long term client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for private label customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with production, design, procurement, and customer service teams regarding client requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients.
- Develop a strong understanding of perfume manufacturing, fragrance categories, packaging options, and private label processes.
Requirements
- Experience with Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or account management
- Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, luxury products, or private label manufacturing is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused Private Label Sales Specialist to assist entrepreneurs, businesses, and brand owners in developing their own perfume brands.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, conducting consultations, and guiding customers through the private label manufacturing process from inquiry to order completion.
