Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused Private Label Sales Specialist to assist entrepreneurs, businesses, and brand owners in developing their own perfume brands.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, conducting consultations, and guiding customers through the private label manufacturing process from inquiry to order completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients regarding their perfume and product brand requirements.
  • Present private label solutions, fragrance options, packaging choices, and manufacturing services.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop long term client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for private label customers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with production, design, procurement, private label coordinator and customer service teams regarding client requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients.
  • Develop a strong understanding of perfume manufacturing, fragrance categories, packaging options, and private label processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or account management.
  • Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, luxury products, or private label manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
