Role Overview
The Associate supports private equity fund administration and delivers accurate, timely reporting to clients and investors.
The role includes daily client interactions, expectation management, multiple priorities, and team-based delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain books and records for private equity funds and applicable GP vehicles.
- Prepare or review net asset valuations and financial reporting packages.
- Prepare or review financial statements, fee and carried interest calculations, investor allocations, and capital account statements.
- Prepare or review capital calls, distributions, investor notices, and payment reconciliations.
- Manage capital notice releases and quarterly investor portal reporting.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet client deliverable timelines and handle ad hoc requests.
- Follow internal controls and manage year-end auditor and tax team requests.
