About the Role
Pearse Partners seeks a Private Equity Associate for a leading Abu Dhabi-based alternative investment manager. You will support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, build financial models, and monitor portfolio performance.

Responsibilities
- Support evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, including financial analysis, valuation and commercial assessment
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess investment returns, capital structures and sensitivity scenarios
- Prepare investment committee materials, internal memoranda and presentations
- Conduct industry, market and company research to identify investment opportunities
- Coordinate due diligence processes alongside external advisors
- Support transaction structuring, negotiations and execution
- Monitor portfolio company performance and contribute to value creation initiatives
- Work with portfolio company management teams on strategic projects
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience within top tier investment banks or PE funds
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and accounting skills
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to evaluate investment opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies
- Demonstrated interest in private equity investing
- Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, including financial analysis, valuation and commercial assessment.

- Coordinate commercial, financial, legal and operational due diligence processes alongside external advisors and counterparties.
- Support transaction structuring, negotiations and execution across domestic and international investments.
- Monitor portfolio company performance, analyse financial and operational results, and contribute to value creation initiatives.
- Work closely with portfolio company management teams on strategic projects, acquisitions, financing activities and business planning.
- Support portfolio monitoring, reporting and broader strategic initiatives across the investment platform.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience within top tier investment banks or PE funds.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and accounting skills.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to evaluate investment opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies.
- Demonstrated interest in private equity investing and building long term partnerships with businesses and management teams.
- Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi and work within a globally focused investment platform.
