- Build and maintain financial models, including valuation, returns and scenario analysis
- Prepare investment committee materials, information memoranda and internal presentations
- Conduct industry, market and company research to support origination and screening
- Support commercial, financial and operational due diligence on live transactions
- Assist with deal structuring and execution, including review of transaction documentation
- Monitor portfolio company and asset performance, tracking KPIs and preparing periodic reporting
- Contribute to ad hoc strategic and analytical projects across the investment team
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or comparable analytical environment
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Sound understanding of corporate finance and investment principles
- Excellent written and analytical capabilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadline
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or related discipline
- Progress toward CFA or equivalent is a plus

Role Overview
- A Doha based alternative investment platform operating across private equity, real estate, infrastructure and aviation.
- The Investment Associate will support the full investment lifecycle across the firm's alternative investments platform.
- Working closely with senior investment professionals, the Associate will contribute to deal origination, financial analysis, due diligence and portfolio monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
